8-hour, slow braised, half shoulder of lamb, served with a horseradish & chive potato cake, green beans & honey roasted carrots with a rosemary gravy

Pan-roasted sea bass fillets, served with garlic & herbed crushed new potatoes, roasted cauliflower & a leek & saffron sauce (gf)

Butternut squash, amaretto & goat’s cheese risotto, served with roasted cherry tomatoes & a creamy basil & pesto sauce (v)
