We are happy to say that The Thames Riviera Hotel is open but can only accept bedroom bookings from essential workers. Evidence or ID must be provided on arrival. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission coronavirus, a temperature check will be carried out upon arrival. We have reviewed all cleaning procedures and have ensured that guests and staff safety is paramount whilst operating.

Please note The Blue River Café is closed and food or beverage provisions are not available.

We have taken advice from the government and public health England and its with great sadness that The Thames Riviera Hotel & Blue River Café is now temporarily closed.

We would like to pass on our thanks to everyone for their great messages of support at this difficult time and we can’t wait to open again once safe to do so.

For event bookings including parties, weddings, meetings and conferences, it is advised that you contact us to discuss your plans.

For bedroom reservations, please call us to cancel your room or if you booked through a third party site, please cancel with them. Any guests who have bedroom reservations for weddings which have now changed dates needs to call direct and change their booking. The hotel will not automatically change dates due to the number of weddings being postponed or cancelled

We of course will continue to follow government guidelines and will address changes when they arise.
